How much does it cost to travel to Korea?

If you are not going to buy ginseng, cosmetics or other luxury items, you don’t need to stay in a good hotel, around 5,000 is about right, but it is advisable to bring a credit card as prices are a bit high in Korea and it would be bad if you don’t have enough Korean won to change.

By the way, not only do you need to know how much it costs to travel to Korea, but you also need to be aware of some things to consider.

You should learn how to sit in Korean dramas on TV when you eat (very important), and then you should wait for your grandparents who are generally older than you until they come out and they move their chopsticks before you can eat, and excessive talking during the meal will be considered rude (taboo). Also, you should wait until your grandparents put down their chopsticks before you can put them down yourself. From an etiquette point of view, Koreans do not like to touch physically except for shaking hands.

It is also very important to bow your head when thanking someone, and the degree of bowing varies depending on the age of the person and the level of hierarchy.

The prices in Korea are very high, a bit scary, if you eat outside, barbecue meat is the cheapest 3000 won to 5000 won a copy, beef and seafood in Korea are very expensive, just one point on 20,000 or 30,000 won, apples about 1000 won 2, grapes a pound 2000 won or so, it is best to bring more money to go.

A certain amount of Korean currency. Some shops in the big cities in Korea can be used as credit cards. Prices in Korea are high but street food like snacks are not allowed and not very cheap, so it is important to have cash in KRW, usually 3000 KRW for spicy rice cakes and 1000 to 2000 for others. For those who don’t like to buy things, you can change 1000 to 2000 RMB.

Five, the usual snacks and snack foods that you are used to eating. Because of Korea’s special food habits, there is usually one bowl of soup, one bowl of rice and a few plates of cold dishes for each person.

Sixth, a kettle with hot water. Korean people like to eat cold food and drink cold water by nature, so all Korean hotels are equipped with a small refrigerator, but there will be a place to receive hot water on the street to sell water is generally cold drinks, hot drinks are rare, girls will drink too much cold drinks will be uncomfortable stomach.
